Yes. Every project we complete is backed by manufacturer warranties on all installed products, plus a 5-year workmanship warranty on our labor. If something we built or installed isn’t performing the way it should, we come back and fix it.

It depends on the scope. Bathroom remodels typically run a few weeks. Kitchen remodels average around eight weeks. ADU builds generally take between two and three and a half months. We give you a specific, honest timeline before work begins based on your actual project, and we tend to finish ahead of it.
We build containment around active work areas to keep dust out of the rest of your home, clean up at the end of every working day, and keep tools and materials organized throughout. Your home gets treated with the same care we’d want for our own.
For most projects, no. Bathroom and kitchen remodels can usually be done while you’re living in the home, with some disruption to that specific area. ADU builds on detached units or garage conversions don’t affect your living space at all. For larger whole-home remodels, we’ll have an honest conversation about what makes sense based on scope.
